Indexing

 

Microfilmed documents need to be indexed in order that they can be found again. We are able to provide a variety of indexing options, ranging from very simple indexing up to the most advanced methods available.

 

Rolls containing multiple records are typically indexed with the first and last reference, whereas aperture cards and fiche containing single records would have the indexing for the record printed along the top for easy reference.

 

We are able to create a database of your microfilm, for you to upload to your network or we can maintain it and manage the retrievals for you.
